We took our crisp cider and gave it time, resting it in a locally-sourced bourbon barrel until something truly special emerged.
The result? 🍎
A bold, nuanced Bourbon Barrel-Aged Hard Cider with warm notes of oak, vanilla, and a smooth finish.

Launching June 14 (National Bourbon Day)

To celebrate, our resident food truck, Carolina Avenue, is featuring a house-made maple bourbon BBQ sauce crafted with a reduction of this seasonal release, bringing those same rich flavors to the plate 🔥
Because some releases deserve the perfect pairing.
