Visited the orchard last week to pick up the last bit of 2025 juice to ferment.

We snagged 250 gal of Black Twig from Silver Creek Orchard, some of which we gave to our friends at a local brewery for a new fall product. More on that in a few months!

We’re looking forward to releasing this single varietal in the Fall. Black Twig features warm spice notes of clove, nutmeg, and cardamom, perfect for cooler weather!
