Our Salmon Burgers are hearty with the perfect texture and a rich, flaky bite. They are made with very few ingredients (no egg!), so the flavor of the salmon truly shines through. Throw one on a bun, serve it over a salad, or keep a stash in the freezer for an easy meal whenever you need it

Pro tip: They stay fresh for 90 days in the freezer and 2 days when thawed.

We’re proud to carry local greens from Manakintowne Specialty Growers, Greenswell Growers , and Old Tavern Farm.

With the recent Cyclospora outbreak making headlines, knowing where your food comes from matters. Our local growers give us the opportunity to source fresh greens close to home, while we continue to follow careful food-safety practices from farm to shelf.

We are excited to announce that the BLT is back on our Patterson Lunch Counter Menu!

This classic sandwich features crispy Niman Ranch applewood smoked bacon, shredded romaine lettuce, locally grown Heirloom tomatoes, and Duke's mayo, all stacked high on freshly baked Country White Bread from La Bella Vita Bakery and served with chips.🥪

Through the end of September, we are offering steamed blue crabs sourced from Currituck County, NC. These #1 Jimmies are heavy-bellied male crabs that offer densely packed, flakier meat, making them ideal for steaming. After steaming, we toss them in J.O. #2 to add true Chesapeake Bay flavor.
