All orders must be picked up at our Patterson location (5603 Patterson Ave). While we strive to accommodate special requests, please understand that not all can be met or may incur an additional charge. If you are looking for items not listed, such as seafood or other prepared options, please call us at (804) 282-9591 from 10 AM to 6 PM.

The deadline for placing orders is Wednesday, November 18. Pick-up will take place on Tuesday, November 24, and Wednesday, November 25.

In some cases, seafood is dyed or color-enhanced to create a more uniform, eye-catching appearance. But at Yellow Umbrella, what you see is the real thing. 🎣

From deep ruby tuna to vibrant salmon, the beautiful colors you see in our fresh fish are completely natural. Just like produce, fish can vary in color from one catch to the next. Sometimes it’s deeper, sometimes it’s a little paler, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less fresh or high quality.

We’re proud to source pork from Autumn Olive Farms, a family farm in Staunton, Virginia. Autumn Olive Farms raises unique Berkabaw hogs with a focus on responsible farming, heritage genetics, and flavor.

At Yellow Umbrella, we take it a step further by breaking down whole Autumn Olive hogs in-house. That means our butchers can offer a wide range of cuts, each with the rich marbling and depth of flavor this pork is known for.

Our flagship Patterson location is the heart of Yellow Umbrella. If you’ve ever wondered what makes the OG so special, we’re letting you in on a few of our secrets.

Weekly Special Catch 🐟: In addition to our best sellers like halibut and salmon, we get in a seasonal special catch every Friday with some lesser known fish. We send out an email every Thursday with the week's lineup and other newsworthy items. It's the only email we send, and we've been told that it's one of the few business emails that's fun to read. You'll be the first to know when we get in soft shells, shad roe, specialty oysters, etc. Sign up at the link in our bio!

Local Produce 🥕: We receive deliveries from local farms every day, bringing the best of Virginia and beyond straight to our produce section. It's like a mini farmer's market all week long!

Prepared Foods Backstock 🥗: Because we cook many of our prepared items in the Patterson kitchen, we have the largest selection of prepared foods here. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Ask us, we probably have it in the back!

Frozen Staples ❄️: Don't sleep on our freezer section. Stock up on house-made stocks, butcher cuts, and plenty of other Yellow Umbrella favorites to keep on hand for whenever you need them.

Lunch Counter 🍔: It's not exactly a secret, but if you haven't tried our Patterson Lunch Counter, it's worth checking out. We rotate the menu seasonally but keep fan favorites like the Lobster Roll and Smashburger year-round!
