Good morning, everyone!

We wanted to touch base and address some questions about our official store opening date.

The truth is, you guys have created a problem that every small farm dreams of having, you’re buying us out before we even open!

As many of you know, all of our beef comes directly from our farm. Because of that, keeping our freezers fully stocked can be a challenge as we carefully manage our supply and finish cattle for harvest. While it's a great problem to have, we want to make sure we can consistently offer the products you're looking for before officially opening our doors.

Right now, we're currently finishing several beefs, and our freezers should be full very soon. Once they're stocked and ready to go, we'll announce our official opening date!

In the meantime, we still have a few odds-and-ends cuts available and are happy to meet with anyone interested in purchasing them. However, many of the fan-favorite cuts are currently sold out.

Thank you all for the incredible support, patience, and enthusiasm. We truly appreciate every one of you. As soon as the next round of beef is harvested and available, you'll be the first to know!

Stay tuned, we can't wait to officially open and serve you all.
