Fernanda Capello Prosecco Brut NV
From Italy, Grave del Friuli, comes this beautiful Prosecco DOC.
Fine and persistent bubbles with fresh floral aromas, round with fruity, sweet, orchard and stone fruits. Extremely fine and elegant notes of fresh, lively, full-flavored pear, apricot, peach and white flowers on the palate!
Oliver Viticultors Cava Brut Nature NV
Macabeo, Xerel-lo, and Parellada make up the wine from the Penedes region of Spain. Aged for 12-15 months in bottle before disgorgement with no dosage. The nose is floral and crisp with ribbons of mandarin oranges and yellow apples. The flavors are carried on small, delicate bubbles, rich with citrus, orchard fruit, and salinity; this wine is refreshing and pleasing at once!
Paris-Simoneau Brut Rose NV
From AOP Touraine, France, this Rose is from a blend of Gamay and Grolleau. It has been aged on the second fermentation for two years, refining the bubble structure. Such a charming example of a sparkling Loire rose with a delicate palate exhibiting notes of strawberry and redcurrant with a candied fruit quality and a clean finish.
Bonelli Bonarda Secco 2020
From the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, this Frizzante is made from 100% Bonarda, It's ruby red and dry, jumping out of the glass with bright red fruit and ferve, resolving to a slightly bitter finish making it perfect for food and festivities! The bubbles are quickly to dissolve, but are so surprising on the tongue!
Bonelli Bonarda Amabile (Frizzante, Semi Sweet) 2021
This Bonarda from Trebbia Valley, Italy, is juicy and sweet, with a core of black currant and red fruit. The Charmat Method produces a frothier bubble, one that jumps in at the front and settles quickly onto the tongue revealing a generous and playful symphony of sweetness!
Bitch Bubbly NV
This blend of Macabeo, Parellada, Xarel-lo, Aren, Carignan from Penedes, Spain, produces such a succulent wine! Think honeycrisp apple and strawberry mousse fused with aromas of sweet red berries, red cherry preserves and strawberry jam. The fruity sweetness is balanced with the crisp refreshing tang of the bubbles.
