This week we got to watch our two year olds with Vivian Kincaid. Their progress is so much fun to see. Vivian is amazing at pulling out the best in every horse she steps on. These fillies are going to make amazing show horses! Thank you Vivian for helping us build such great horses that go on to become amazing partners!

It has been a crazy month around K7 Ranch. Three mares foaled early and our last went overdue about a week. All the babies are now out on fresh grass and living the life. Spook Kitty foaled a solid red filly by IfWhizsWereGuns. Greyt Times Only foaled a bay c**t with a star and right hind sock by Catatomic. Tinkers With Voodoo foaled a solid bay by Lil Dreamin Magnum. Rumor Has It foaled a chromed out bay c**t by Double Loaded Gun.
Foaling season is such a great time to focus on goals and to get excited about the future. Watching these young ones grow and mature is exciting!

On these cold days in the midst of winter it is nice to look back at greener, warmer days. Winter is a time of resting and rejuvenating and preparing for spring and new life. It is a time to plan and prepare for the future. Watching the two year olds get started brings hope and excitement. The mares are getting heavy with their babies of this year. The yearlings are starting on their journey from mommas milk to their first ride. We have our resolutions set. Our show calendars are filling up. Winter is a time of patience while we wait for longer days, warmer weather, and watching what God has lined up for us next.
