A dream 36 months in the making 🌙

Dream Within a Dream — our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout coming in at 13.5% ABV.

After three years resting in bourbon barrels, this stout picked up deep layers of oak, bourbon warmth, and dark malt character before being finished on vanilla + cacao nibs.

Expect notes of vanilla bean, bourbon caramel, toasted oak, and chocolate-covered espresso ☕️

Rich, bold, and meant to be enjoyed one sip at a time.
