The release of STARVE: Exhibit J is happening July 25th exclusively for all Forever Summer Fest attendees 🤤 You are going to want to grab a bottle of this.

STARVE: Exhibit J (17% ABV), the second Barleywine-only release in the series, will be exclusively available to Forever Summer Fest attendees on Saturday, July 25th.

Here’s the full breakdown of this insane beer:
🟣 80% Multi-Barrel Barleywine Blend
• 73% Circle of Wolves aged in Laird’s Apple Brandy Barrels for 20 months
• 9% high gravity Maris Otter Barleywine aged in Cognac Barrels for 22 months
• 9% high gravity Maris Otter Barleywine aged in Weller Bourbon Barrels for 22 months
• 9% Double Barrel Circle of Wolves aged in BLiS Maple Syrup Apple Brandy Barrels for 16 months, then Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for 15 months
🟣 The above blend was then finished in Heaven Hill and Basil Hayden Bourbon Barrels for an additional 42 months
🟣 The above blend was finally blended with 20% STARVE: Exhibit H

Compared to Exhibit H, Exhibit J flips the blend ratio toward Circle of Wolves, creating a fuller, more layered expression of the series. Notes of maple brûlée, apple compote, cognac-soaked fruitcake, rich molasses, toffee pudding, dark caramel, fig jam, cinnamon stick, and warming spirit complexity balanced by a rich, velvety body.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make Forever Summer Fest happen on Saturday, July 25th at Main St. Station. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast, looking to support the local community, or just want to be part of an amazing event, we’d love to have you on the
team.

As a volunteer, you’ll receive: • Exclusive volunteer-only staff shirt • Forever Summer Fest glassware • Food voucher • One hour of sampling at the end of the festival

Both AM and PM shifts are available.

Numb
Numb (4.4%) is a Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and a decent amount of malted wheat, fermented with one of our favorite lager strains and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Effervescent, bright, floral, and just an absolute crusher. Naturally carbonated with impressions of cornbread and a soft bitterness.

Limb

Limb is a West Coast IPA brewed with CTZ, Chinook, Amarillo, Simcoe and Mosaic in the hotside. Dry-hopped with Mosaic and Citra Lupulin Powder on the cold side with a touch more CTZ for good measure. We love making & drinking these West Coast beers, and this one is a great example.

The final batch of this one! We will be moving on from Sabro hops and will discontinue this brand, so grab it while you can! Hazy DIPA brewed with lots of raw wheat, malted oats then dry-hopped with 3x the amount of Citra and Sabro. Unique flavors of watermelon and strawberry starbursts, coconut cream, and tropical juice.
