It’s fun when you can use the young dogs for a days work. Penned this set of cattle with Mick, now he waits until they are worked! We taught Mick from the start of his training process how to place and wait. Now we are utilizing what he learned early on.

It’s a satisfying process.

A foundation female to our program that we think is pretty special. Bridge’s Sadie is a 2 year old daughter of Joe and Bridge’s Razor that was raised by Bruce Bridges. Her sire, Joe, is a Tex and Mona son, he would be a half brother to Milloy Chief. We think the world of Joe in terms of his working ability, his brains, the natural work he has, steel trap jaws, and he is a dominant producer of cowdogs. Bridge’s Razor is a daughter of Doc and Sis, she’s a full sister to Buck, and she is a one of a kind. In just the two litters she’s had, both produced no fear, hard biting cow dogs! Sadie Jane is special in the way she’s wired, her thought process along with her no fear walk in flat footed to some of the rankest cows, to knowing when she has to bite or not, all the way to moving young calves with just a push of her nose. We look for big things from this young lady. Videos of Bridge’s Sadie are on this page and our YouTube channel.
