Thank You for another great season! This year was not without its challenges but we currently do not have enough fruit for open hours. If you would like an evening or weekend appointment, now is your time. We will have appointments available for blackberries and elderberries. Please message me for appointments on Facebook.

We also finally have our cosmo field in full bloom if you are looking for senior or family picture you can message me.

We still have quite a few red berries and waiting for more to turn black. We will be closed Saturday for ripening and open again Tuesday (8/4) 8-12. They are winding down and we hope to be closed Thursday (8/6 so we can be open Saturday 8/8. Keep watching for updates!

We want to say THANK YOU to everyone that has stood with us this year. It has been very challenging with all the weather hurdles. We had a significant loss of canes due to such a cold 🥶 winter. The blackberries are typically only safe down to 0 degrees. We then had a very late frost in May that damaged a lot of our early blooms. They are only safe die to about 34 degrees. To top that off, with such a rainy spring it also damaged the blooms. Our yield( total fruit for the year) is definitely down on all of our berries.

This beautiful weather has us changing our hours for the weekend. The blackberries do not ripen as quickly when it’s this cool so we want to them some extra time to ripen. We will be closed Friday and Saturday and open Sunday 11-5. We hope to see you soon.

We have had an incredible turnout this morning thanks to the beautiful weather! As a result, blackberry picking is now limited for the remainder of the day. Thank you to everyone who came out to support the farm so far!
