Pasta & Pottery Workshop
Sunday, June 7th 11am-4pm

Join Sandy River Studio and Johan Vineyards for an enriching workshop where culinary arts meet craftsmanship.

In this hands-on experience, you will learn the art of making pasta with pasta maker Olivia Hughes, and create your own piece of pottery with Sandy River Studio owner Jme Holub - all while enjoying a flight of Johan wines.

Whether you are a seasoned chef or a beginner, this workshop offers a delightful blend of skills that celebrate the joy of food and the beauty of handmade pottery.

Includes a light lunch paired with a flight of Johan wines and your own piece of pottery (to be collected approximately 3 weeks after the event)

Lamb-a-palooza 2026! 🐑

and have been working tirelessly to care for the Johan sheep and their babies this lambing season. With multiple triplets and many more lambs to come we are getting ready at the farm to celebrate!

Cowhorn x Johan Open House

Join us Saturday, February 7th for our second annual cowhornwines takeover!

Winemaker Vince Vidrine will return to the farm to pour some delicious Applegate Valley wine from our sister winery, paired with small bites.

Feel free to join us any time between 11am and 4pm. This is a complimentary event, though RSVPs are appreciated.

A few miles north of the California border, alongside the flowing Upper Applegate River, sits a lush garden and vineyard of Biodynamically grown Rhône varietals. Syrah and Grenache for red wine, and Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne for white wine. All of Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden's wines are made with 100% estate-grown fruit, receiving more than 100 90+ scores over the years.
