Being a family recipe business, I owe thanks to my wonderful Aunt Suzanne, a.k.a. "Aunt Shooshie" who passed late last year. The coconut kisses are made from a hand written recipe she copied for me years ago, and a couple others verbally passed down.

My most beloved memory is reading with her, one book in particular called Over And Over by Charlotte Zolotow.
It's about a little girl learning about seasons, and at her birthday party after Christmas she makes a wish. After learning about the magic of holidays, making memoires, and time passing, she is asked what she wished for.
She responds:
"I wished for it all to happen again"
"And of course, over and over, year after year, it did."

UPDATE: We've been busy, but not with business as you can tell.

A family emergency forced me to temporarily stop production, as all family funds were needed for survival. Hoping to come back bigger and better......and with HOT FOOD. FINALLY!
A date will be given as soon as possible now that we have financial stability.

I am a single mother of 3 girls, and my entire family is on the east coast. I hope you all understand this break was done out of necessity, not desire. I cannot wait to see some of you again!
