On the Road with Kegman. Just repaired a system in St. Louis. Glycol chiller down. Wayne and Steve were able to get out and swap the chiller. 3600BTU’s. Pouring great. If you need draft equipment, building a bar or installing a pub in the St. Louis area, give us a call. Kegman to the rescue.

Beat away the Fall blues with our Favorite End of Summer drink (with a kick.)
Chocolate Soda Scream
Using our #5889 prepare your soda. Make sure your water is super chilled. Add 1/4 c. seltzer/carbonated water.
Add 1-3 T of Bittersweet Chocolate Espresso Scream (recipe below.)
Stir vigorously to dissolve Chocolate Scream.
Fill with cold soda water.
Top with scoop of chocolate or vanilla (or both) ice cream.
Not recommended for an end of evening drink.
BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO SCREAM
16 oz. (455 mill) bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 3/4 c. (420 mill) heavy cream
1 t instant espresso powder
Melt and stir the first two ingredients under low heat. When melted gently stir in espresso powder. Stores well for about a month but never lasts that long. Excellent in your morning coffee, too.
