The Hickories is certified organic under the Bay State Organic/ USDA National Organic Program. All vegetables sold at our stand are free of synthetic pesticides and synthetic fertilizer. They have been grown following the sustainable principles of organic land care. Our chickens, pigs, goats, and sheep are raised on natural, anti-biotic free grain and fresh pasture grass.
