Dear McPhee Family Farms Customers,
We want to thank you for your continued support of our family operation. As we look ahead to 2026, we want to share some important updates regarding our beef ordering process, pricing, and timeline.
💥 2026 Processing Timeline 💥
Due to ongoing challenges in ranching and the unique circumstances we’ve faced in 2025, we are making some adjustments for 2026. Processing will now take place from January through May, possibly beyond depending on availability.
During this transition year, we will be:
• Pausing our layaway option (with hopes to bring it back in the future)
• Working from a waitlist only for all beef orders.
*If you are currently on our 2025 beef waitlist we will keep you at the top of our 2026 list
How to Reserve Beef for 2026
If you’d like to order beef for 2026, please contact us to be added to the waitlist. When you reach out, let us know:
1. Whether you’d like 100% grass-fed or grain-finished beef
2. How much beef you’d like to reserve, sold by the 1/4
We will contact customers as beef becomes available. Our goal is to reach out 4–8 weeks before processing to:
• Confirm your order details and provide current pricing
• Have you sign a contract
• Collect a 25% deposit
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these changes to better serve our customers and sustain our herd. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to be added to the 2026 waitlist.
