Man, Sunday came at me fast this week. I couldn’t get through all my veggies so I decided to make a with all my leftovers. Behold, my pie, featuring sautéed: cherry tomatoes, lacinata kale, leeks, bacon, shiitake mushrooms, eggs, heavy cream and tons of Gruyère cheese.
Now we wait. ⏳⏳⏳
