We’re so excited to announce that Roque is our Employee of the Week! Roque is the heart of our kitchen and our go-to pizza guy. He’s the genius behind so many of our recipes, especially our signature pies. He’s here more than anyone, always perfecting each detail, and it shows in every bite. Thank you, Roque for your dedication, your passion, and for making every pizza experience incredible!

Lots of confusion going on here
First let’s say Marleigh and Me (Maddie) want to thank everyone for coming in and supporting us these past 2 years. Ralphies is under new management as of NOW & we are trying to keep all of the favorite food in the process of transitioning into a new place🍕. As of right now we are reopening the restaurant but ONLY CASH 💵 due to changing of pos system. I understand everyone and the confusion that’s going on, we are going to try and make this the smoothest transition as possible. This is the last go around & if it works we will be staying open!! Please come and see us for some pizza and wings but have patience in the process.
