It was a million degrees. Didn’t get a photo of the true middle (peeling and crushing 60 lbs of tomatoes) because I was regretting my life decisions in those moments. 🥴 10 gallons in the freezer and 8 quarts in the pantry. All the delicious sauces and stews this winter will be worth it though!
