Kitchen Therapy was founded by two busy women who are friends, wives, mothers, sisters, and daughters on the path to making life healthier, happier and more peaceful for everyone around them. Our goal is to encourage families/individuals/couples and people of all walks of life (our definition of family is broad) to spend a little more time in the kitchen, cooking together, eating together and if t

ime allows growing your own food. We want to help you get organized, teach you some easy and useful tips when you are planning meals, grocery shopping and stocking your pantry. We start at the grocery list and go all the way to teaching new recipes and techniques. We also offer Wildtree products meal delivery service, party planning, catering and “Kitchen Therapy” Cooking Parties. Please consider letting us help you get your kitchen organized, take you to the grocery store, and teach you some new quick and easy ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Peace and Good Eats!!
