This week we’re highlighting a few cuts from the cooler that deserve a little extra attention.
Today’s feature: Denver Steak
The Denver Steak comes from the chuck and is one of the most tender cuts you’ll find outside of the loin. It’s beautifully marbled, which means big beef flavor and a juicy bite.
What does it taste like?
Think rich, beefy flavor with tenderness that surprises people the first time they try it. It’s often compared to a ribeye for flavor, just in a smaller package.
How do you cook it?
Keep it simple. Season with salt and pepper, grill or sear over high heat, and cook to medium-rare or medium. Let it rest a few minutes before slicing.
