The only thing on this plate we don’t produce ourselves is the biscuit and gravy.
Every once in a while, not nearly as often as I’d like, my wonderful wife makes breakfast for supper.
Let me tell y’all… this plate was so good I almost forgot to take a picture before it was too late 😂😂😂😋. If y’all will notice there was only one piece of sausage and just a few pieces of bacon left before I caught myself😏. I hit that biscuit and gravy pretty good too from the looks of it😂😂😂.
When you start with food raised the right way, it shows. Our whole hog sausage and hardwood smoked & cured bacon, processed by Tate's Meat Processing, really put the finishing touch on it.
