My secret? My left lung is so damaged I have about 50% use. This makes altitude sickness in Peru much harder on me, something most of us felt within 1 to 2 minutes of getting of the plane.

I had started taking our respiratory tincture before hand knowing it probably would be hard on me.
What do they use here? What have the Inca used for thousands of years?

Its very hard to breathe.
2 days of non stop traveling and we already love Cusco. Besides the Amazon Jungle, staying at the 15th century monastery was something I am so excited about. Its unbelievable. The art work, the architecture, the staff, its absolutely gorgeous!
