We are a small winery located in Ringgold, Georgia just south of Chattanooga, Tennessee. We strive to produce the finest batches of wine for our friends and family, as well as ourselves. We specialize in many varieties of wines from dessert and table styles, to robust full bodied reds and whites. Here's an interesting first for Cold Valley Wines, the 2016 Tennessee Mead. This is wine made from pure Tennessee honey. This was the preferred drink of the Vikings and medieval folks from all levels of serfdom. We made the mead in a very limited run, but fear not, there is more coming down the line. Stay tuned!

Making its 2016 return is our premier wine, the Italian Super Tuscan. This full bodied red blend brings together only the best Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese grapes directly from Tuscany, Italy. Wonderful day here at Cold Valley Wines!! We started the next double batch run of our extraordinary Italian Super Tuscan, worked further on our strawberry wine and our lemon wine, and started what promises to be a show stopper, our strawberry lemon wine blend. We also managed to get down to the Chattanooga Farmer's Market today to pick up six pounds of local Tennessee honey to be used in our first two experimental batches of honey wine, aka mead. Busy day today at Cold Valley Wines. We bottled the 2016 Chattanooga Pink lemon wine, we started the next batch of 2016 North Georgia lemon wine, and most exciting of all, we started a full run batch of our Georgia strawberry wine. We have high hopes for this wine and hope we impress each and every one of you that tries it.

It was bottling day today at Cold Valley Wines. We got our 2016 Pomegranate Berry Zinfandel and our 2016 Chilean Malbec into the bottle. Both of these wines turned out fantastic! The Pomegranate Berry Zinfandel is a smooth, sweet, dessert style wine with a lot of character. The Chilean Malbec is a very complex, dry, full bodied wine that sticks with you even after it's gone down. The Malbec would pair wonderfully with steak and other red meats. Then, enjoy the sweetness of The Pomegranate Zin afterwards.
