Willow Tree Farms is a welcoming family-owned homestead & venue that loves hosting & helping our neighbors and community celebrate their most precious moments. With the income we generate from private events held here, we care for the farm and its animals, as well as host public family fun days that are often fundraisers for different non-profits throughout the year. Fun & fellowship is our mission! Our event venue welcomes couples of all races, religions, and sexualities. We would love to help bring your fairytale wedding to life in our little hidden oasis! Corporate events, birthdays, surprise proposals, quinceaneras, festivals, fundraisers, baby showers, photoshoots. Now with two event space options in 2025! The Pavilion or The 609 at Willow Tree Farms. Both of which include the use of our outdoor ceremony locations and many outdoor amenities. Located in Ringgold, GA, on post oak road, right between Boynton & Heritage school.

The primary ceremony space here at our venue is this latticework arch with wisteria growing up the sides. Nestled between willow trees, two ponds with fountains, and all the best views of the property while being conveniently between both of our reception halls. It's biggest draw besides the views is its proximity to our 40ft bridge that is often used an aisle. Perfect for a dramatic grand entrance and getting dropped off at the end in a horse and carriage or vintage hot rod.

This ceremony space includes power for your DJ to play your special songs and hidden fans at the top to make it easier on the bride and groom during the hotter months. It's latticework paneling also makes decorating a breeze.

Benches are provided and arranged by our team before your arrival in all of our packages. All you have to do is show up and decorate!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to tropical storm Isaias impacting our area this weekend Paws & Pumpkins 2026 will be postponed until Friday, October 30th from 3pm to 7pm - after school hours.

If you have already purchased tickets, they have been updated to reflect the new date and time and no further action is required. If you are unable to attend the new event date tickets are also refundable through EventBrite if needed.

VENDORS: Please check your emails for an important update! If you are attending both Paws & Pumpkins and Butterfly Festival, both events are being rescheduled and will remain back to back on Halloween weekend with all details staying the exact same. Just new dates!

We apologize for any inconveniences. Our top priority is always the safety of our vendors and guests. This storm system is increasingly looking to be a rough one and with this event entirely outdoors with bounce houses and other outdoor activities and games it would not be enjoyable or safe in those conditions.

We hope you can still join us for Paws & Pumpkins 2026 on October 30th! 🎃

Goodmorning! We are on the hunt for a DJ willing to donate 4 hours of playing Halloween music at Paws & Pumpkins to help us fundraise for North Georgia Animal Alliance on October 30th from 3pm to 7pm. Our original DJ that usually donates her time for this event can no longer attend due to the date change from the storms this weekend & we will certainly be missing her as she is always so wonderful!! If you guys have any suggestions or any up & coming DJs would like an easy practice festival, DM us!!
