As the sun sets today, we’re bracing for our first true frost tonight—and with it, officially closing out our very first season of fresh flowers.

Looking back on this journey, my heart is overflowing with gratitude:

I’ve learned so much through every seed planted, bloom harvested, bouquet made, and event curated. This is just the beginning... rest season is here, but there is so much more to come!

If I’m being honest, I’m ready for that first frost.

My mind is already in next year’s garden. Year one taught me so much, and I can’t wait to put those lessons into practice next year on a smaller, more manageable scale. My goal is to make our space equal parts wildly efficient and breathtakingly beautiful.

Speaking of - I’m so excited about the two garden collections I just ordered from Farmer Bailey for next year! 👀 Stunning, right?!

In the meantime, we’ve got plenty of exciting things brewing for fall and winter—including a holiday announcement coming very soon!

And I’ll be keeping busy in the garden - cover-cropping, amending the soil, planting spring bulbs, and digging up dahlia tubers. The list truly never ends 🤣

Long before Clumsy Goose Farm came to life, I actually had a completely different business concept centered around indoor houseplants! Can you tell I’ve always had a green thumb? 🪴 

Now that the outdoor flower season is wrapping up and my fall and winter collections are all mapped out, I am so excited to finally revisit those indoor roots and bring you my newest offering: The Clumsy Goose Potting Bar! 

Think of it as the houseplant equivalent of a bouquet bar, but designed for private parties and group gatherings! Perfect for birthdays, showers, or a fun night out with friends—guests pick their pot, choose their plants, mix custom soil blends, and build their own custom potted creations to take home.
