Today we continue working toward our 5th Annual Pig Roast. We’re kegging the “OG Hooligan Red” and “Bitch Slap Raspberry”. Also getting the yeast starter going for Sundays brew of “Ferris Hueller”.

A couple tasks to complete later this evening; keg the OG Hooligan Red and Bare Knuckle Light & Hazy, then clean and sanitize the fermenters for tomorrow’s double brew day of Ferris Hueller and A*z Kicker. Yeast is already getting fat and happy!
