As the season shifts, so does our tasting experience 🍷🍂

Our Fall 2026 Premium W**e Tasting celebrates the depth, character, and complexity of our red w**e collection, with six distinctive selections to explore:

▪️ ’23 Talon — Bing cherry, strawberry, red currant

▪️ ’23 Merlot — Clove, elderberry, currants, black peppercorn

▪️ OA Meritage — Strawberry, fig, red currant

▪️ Cabernet Sauvignon V-Row — Gingerbread, espresso, plum

▪️ Q (Bordeaux) — Buttery notes, vanilla, raspberry

▪️ OA Petit Verdot — Elderberry, blackberry jam, clove

Each pour offers a different expression of the season, inviting you to sip slow, savor the details, and maybe discover a new favorite!

Our Assistant W**emaker Sam shares the story behind our Reserve Chardonnay, a thoughtful blend of two Chardonnay clones, 76 and 95, also used in Burgundy, France 🍇

Clone 76 lends a lighter character, while Clone 95 brings a richer profile with more pronounced fruit. Together, they create a beautifully balanced Chardonnay that showcases the nuance and complexity of the varietal.

V Row vs. Single Row - what’s the difference? 👀

The way a vine is trained can have a meaningful impact on how its fruit develops in the vineyard 🍇

Our V Row trellising system creates more space between the fruit zones, encouraging airflow through the canopy while allowing the clusters greater exposure to sunlight during the warmer hours of the day.

For our Cabernet Sauvignon, that added light and airflow can help support the development of rich color, structure, and tannins as the fruit matures.
