Hello everyone , are you seeking food grown by family farm ? Local and spray free of man made chemical?
Here at Healthy Route Farm located in 516 W Q street Rio Linda ,l am , farmer Ram, working hard and smart , with my children helping me , to meet your healthy food need.
I have customers supporting me and securing food they need for at least 10 years , well , while was managing New Roots farm that long .
Still my 1000 okra plants producing few hundred ponds of okras every week.
26 ft by 90 high tunnel produce 1000+ pounds of afghan chives(Gandana) as well.
1) Okras $4/lbs
(young and tender ,under 4 “ long which is rare in grocery stores)
2) Gandana $3/lbs,or 2$/bunch
( premium quality compare to available in store as it loose freshness and taste as it age transportation, storage and in shelf)

-Figs black mission and turkey brown $6/lbs
Grey Zucchini squashes ,mints , beans ,cherry tomatoes and tomatoes , chives ,garlic chives dozen kinds of crops !
