A long, long time ago, Jose and Bernadette started their food truck adventure in a small town in Northern New Mexico, here's our story:

We fell in love and we had a plan. We bought a cow and half a pig and had them butchered into ground beef and chicharones. We sold burritos and burgers at the local fiestas and made just enough money to run away to the big city. (Albuquerque) We bought a food tru

ck and with the help of our amazing family we have been in the catering business ever since. We have done all of the major events like The Balloon Fiesta, Downtown Summerfest, Wine festivals, car shows, Harvest festivals, craft fairs, auctions, weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, you name it! in Rio Rancho for more than 15 years. We are professional, fast, and friendly. We prepare delicious New Mexico foods with high-quality ingredients in our beautiful, clean mobile kitchen. The newest addition to our food truck family is Hawaiian Shave Ice and Italian Ice Trailers. Rio Rancho during the summer. We are available for private bookings! Hawaiian shave ice is available for fundraising events for your school, team, etc.
