🎃💛 Shed Update — A Little Joy Goes a Long Way

After we posted late yesterday afternoon, Mary ran into one customer while she was restocking the cooler with mini pumpkins — yes, she was out there rearranging tiny pumpkins like they were VIP guests — and then she headed back to the farm.

A little while later, Mary checked the ring camera…
and y’all…

She saw the cutest two little girls at the shed.
Talking.
Dancing.
Running.
Playing with the banjo‑playing skeletons like it was their own private fall festival.

It was SO heartwarming.
Mary watched for at least 10 minutes, just smiling at the screen while those girls danced their hearts out. We don’t know who they were, and we didn’t want to go out there and disrupt their fun — they were having a moment and we were not about to ruin it.

But goodness…
That’s what it’s all about.
Joy.
Laughter.
Kids making memories in a little farm shed decorated with pumpkins and skeletons.

To whoever those sweet girls were —
thank you for bringing a little happiness to the shed .

We hope you had just as much fun as we did watching you. ❤️

Mary checked the shed and y’all… it’s a whole situation.

• 5 small watermelons — the last survivors of watermelon season. Misshapen. Humble. Delicious.
• 1 box of unshelled purple hull peas — a 25‑lb box, perfect for anyone who wants to feel like they’re starring in their own Southern cooking montage.
• 3 quarts of small cucumbers 🥒 — tiny, crunchy
• Eggplants 🍆 — dramatic as always.
• Mini pumpkins 🎃 — adorable, chaotic, and ready for fall photoshoots.

Mary didn’t get a chance to turn the cooler light on before she left at 3 AM this morning (yes… THREE. IN. THE. MORNING.)
But don’t worry — you can still shop until she gets back to flip it on.
The cooler works even when the light is having its little nap.

🍽️ Miss Katie’s Drop-Off Update

Miss Katie is sold out of her chicken & dumplings — y’all wiped that out fast.

Here’s what’s left from yesterday:

• Deviled Strawberries — only 5 left
• Pumpkin Pie Slices — 3 left
• Biscoff Cheesecake Slices — pretty sure 2 left
• Pickled Eggs — plenty!
Miss Katie made sure to bring enough to keep y’all stocked for a while.

🔧🌄 Why Mary Was Gone at 3 AM

If you’re wondering why Mary was out the door before the roosters even considered waking up…
it’s because the high tunnel expansion needs specialty parts that apparently do not exist anywhere local.
We checked.
We triple checked.
We quadruple checked.
Nothing.

So Mary hit the road at 3 AM to hunt down the parts because this expansion has to get done. We can’t wait for shipping.

She’ll turn the cooler light on and update again when she gets back to the farm.
Until then, shop away — the shed is open, the cooler is cold, and the farm chaos continues.
