We are looking to hire several individuals as Produce Packagers. This is normally a part-time position (16-20 hours per week), however, the week before Thanksgiving (11/18 - 11/22) Produce Packagers work full time to help fulfill our customer's holiday orders.
Position: Produce Packager (Part-Time)
Days & Hours: Mondays and Thursdays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Produce Packager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for weighing, sorting, and packaging fresh produce, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weigh, sort, and package fresh produce for customers.
- Follow the direction of the Packaging Supervisor to ensure efficient and accurate packaging processes.
- Follow company policies regarding produce packaging, quality, procedures, and food safety.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, materials, and rooms used for food processing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with the Food Safety Modernization Act.
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform other related or assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in food packaging or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
