Good morning folks!
David and I have been on an adventure for the last 14 days spending some much needed, quality time with some family!
While we were gone, some seem to have forgotten a few policies that we have in place for convenience and cost effectiveness to our customers.
E X T R E M E L Y I M P O R T A N T!!
I want to take a moment to reiterate some of the following courtesies that Tate Processing, LLC requests from our customers in return:
1. All cows and pigs to be slaughtered MUST be delivered on Tuesday during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. We prefer all deliveries on Tuesday, BUT IF Wednesday is the only option…the animal MUST BE delivered by 10 am.
NO EXCEPTIONS unless extenuating circumstances prevent delivery during those times BUT MUST BE cleared by an owner.
Sheep are always delivered on Wednesday due to coral limitations.
2. We NO LONGER take credit cards. Your message for pickup clearly states CASH, CHECK, VENMO or CASHAPP are acceptable options.
NO EXCEPTIONS and is a courtesy to save you a 5% fee added to your bill!
3. We are NOT OPEN on Saturday (unless it is deer season) and NEVER on Sundays. This is a policy to allow our employees time with their family and downtime outside of the work environment.
Tate’s Processing, LLC reserves the right to take an extenuating circumstance under consideration.
While we hate posts like this being necessary, we try to think in the best interest of our customers and employees. We STRIVE to be fair, honest and caring to our customers and employees.
WE SIMPLY ASK THE SAME FROM OUR CLIENTELE.
