We are heading out of town for a few days, so we wanted to let you know that orders placed through our online store will ship beginning Wednesday, August 13.

Thank you for your patience while we're away.

The good news? 🐝🍯 Our bees had an outstanding season, and we're returning with a wonderful harvest of 2026 Lavender Blossom Honey! It will be available online beginning August 13, and we'll also be hosting a special Honey Pop-Up at the Lav Shack on:

One Last Saturday at The Lav Shack

Before we take our summer break, we'd love to welcome you one more time.

Join us this Saturday from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM to browse our favorite lavender products, gifts, plants, and a few end-of-season surprises. Whether you're stocking up on your favorites or simply stopping by to say hello, we'd love to see you.

🍯 A quick honey update: Our lavender honey has been harvested and is looking wonderful! It's just waiting to be bottled, so it won't quite be ready this Saturday. We'll let everyone know the moment it's available.

Some of our favorite days at the farm come after the bloom.

The pace slows, the lavender hangs to dry, and the farm settles into a quieter rhythm. It's a wonderful time to visit if you enjoy peaceful walks, browsing the Lav Shack, and soaking in the beauty of the season.

We'll also be harvesting our lavender honey this week—a sweet reminder that even after the harvest, there's still plenty happening on the farm.

We'd love to see you this Saturday or next before we close for the summer.

One Last Chance.

One last chance to experience lavender distillation this season.

This Saturday, we'll be firing up our copper still one final time as fresh lavender is transformed into pure essential oil and hydrosol. Watch the process unfold, breathe in the incredible aroma, and learn how one of nature's most treasured oils is created.

There's something special about distillation day. The sweet aroma of fresh lavender fills the barn and visitors get an up-close look at how essential oil is made—an experience most people never have the chance to see.

After weeks of sharing the lavender fields with all of you, it's time for We-Pick.

Harvested by hand, then carefully distilled, each batch captures the fragrance of another beautiful season at Lookout Lavender.

Months of growing.
Weeks of harvesting.
A little steam.
A lot of patience.
And drop by drop, pure lavender essential oil.

Curious how it's done?

Join us for our Lavender Distillation Days on Saturday, July 4 and Saturday, July 11. We'll open the farm from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, with the distillation process typically running from 11:30 AM until around 2:00 PM.

Watch the still in action, experience the incredible aroma of fresh lavender being distilled, and learn how we transform our harvest into pure essential oil.

We'd love to share this fascinating part of the lavender journey with you!

To everyone who visited, brought friends, laughed with us, picked lavender, relished an ice cream, enjoyed our playlist, shopped the Lav Shack under the tent, or simply wandered through the fields—thank you. You made this another season we'll never forget.

And an another very special thank you goes to our amazing team: Lila Evearitt, Clara Stanfield, Oli Conrad, Avielle Hinkle, Treasure Garside, Isabella Torregrossa, Lana Miglarese and April Culver.

You greeted guests with smiles, answered countless questions, tied lavender bundles, and helped create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Lookout Lavender so special. We simply couldn't do it without you.

While uPick has come to an end, the farm isn't going to sleep. Now uPick becomes We-Pick.

Over the coming weeks, we'll harvest the remaining lavender for bundles and distillation, while thousands of busy bees make one final pass through the blossoms, creating the last of this season's lavender honey.

Thank you for sharing another beautiful June with us. We'll see you again next lavender season. 💜

Tomorrow's featured guest is ceramist Stacy Driscoll!

From 11 AM–1 PM, Stacy will be demonstrating the art of pottery as she throws beautiful pieces on her wheel right here at Lookout Lavender.

Even better, children will have the opportunity to try their own hand at the pottery wheel under Stacy's guidance—a fun, hands-on experience they won't soon forget!
