Jerry came home with a stack of trophies after this weekends Montana Meat Processors Convention in Billings! He won Overall Grand Champion, placing in 12 of 18 entered categories!! šŸ†

This year marks 30 years of business for Superior Meats!
In 1996 Jerry built a 2400 sq foot facility. He had one employee and his main focus was on wild game and taxidermy. He was doing domestic slaughter, but on a very small scale.
Fast forward to 2026- we have now grown to a 12,000 sq foot facility with 23 employees, processing around 250 domestic animals each month plus 1200+ wild game animals each year.
We will be sharing photos of then vs. now throughout the year, and taking a walk down memory lane with Jerry. So fun to look back and see how much this business has expanded and grown. Lots more to come!!
