Rocky Hill Farm Dedicated to excellence in horse care and rider development, Rocky Hill Farm offers a premier environment for the English equestrian community.

From training "green" horses to preparing riders for the show ring and more we offer it all for ALL ages! Rocky Hill Farm is dedicated to each horse and riders individual needs and we provide lessons for beginners through competitive advanced riders. We operate out of Hillcrest Stables in Riverhead and will also come to you if needed. We work in conjunction with horse owners to train their horses

to go in the direction of their choice, whether it be English pleasure, show horse or Western Pleasure Head trainer Chuck Rocco has had extensive training and experience to work with all disciplines. He specializes in young horses and horses that are a bit too much to handle but also teaches riders from beginner to advanced. We also deal with a few farms in other states to bring sale horses up to find the right fit for both the horse and rider. Relaxed atmosphere,affordable lesson and training rates with sibling discounts.

What a week so far!!
Our riders show up ready and had a fantastic Hampton Classic! Day 1 brought cold damp conditions which turned into a weather delay for some massive storms to come through and then it was hot and humid!!! Our adults and big kids shined bright and our leadliners killed it in the Grand Prix ring! Addy and Paisley rode flawlessly and Addy won her section in her first ever Hampton Classic and her first horse show ever! Ava and Bella brought their best on 2 new horses this year and both had fantastic rides, while Sue and Brooke brought their A game with Roo in the Equitation rings. Kenzie and Avery showed off their hard work in a very short time and had a beautiful ride together. Monday brought more ribbons with Penny and Lily starting us off in the Walk Trot division, then Serafina and Nadia drove it home with great ribbons in a large group of Short Stirrup riders! Cameron and Shannon both made their Hampton Classic debut in the Long Stirrup ring and both came out with great ribbons in a group of 24 riders! Congratulations to Rocky Hill Farm on a wonderful week so far!!! (Photos from my camera will be added soon)
