The Kinlands

The Kinlands A Shoppe on beautiful native land growing fresh food, community, and curating beautiful goods.

The Kinlands in Riverton, Utah, offers an elevated collection of seasonal produce and rustic home goods, wiser living workshops, and opportunities to connect with animals and the land itself.

The Garden House remains one of the darlings here at The Kinlands. It’s so flexible in what it offers, a land-to-table brunch, a moody micro wedding at night, a brightly colored bridal shower or even a celebration of someone’s lived life. A few personal items on the table and a touch of some vision and it’s ready to host with its fullest potential.

This morning at 6:00 am the sky was a margarita sunrise. The sky is always an artist.

Land-to-Table brunch: we did a time lapse of our last brunch as we set the table for a full guest list. We have some open spaces for our upcoming brunch on May 3rd, which would be a great Mother’s Day gift, or a way to get out into your community on a Sunday.

People always ask what we’re doing while our shoppe is quiet. All of us are constantly updating, evolving, creating and moving. Today Luke did some office work then set out to work with the land and define the borders a bit, Shana painted the floor to the back parlor amongst other things, Ashlee handled tours for event inquries and reset the spaces, and I worked on planning and launching the June land-to-table dinner which is now live. It’s an intimate event and the waitlist has been informed so if you’ve ever wanted to attend one of our dinners, I encourage you to reserve your tickets tonight.

And on we go, quietly doing, preparing, and prepping for all the things to come.

had a vision for this freezer door, now transformed into our prop closet-a dramatic, large-scale countryside mural that turns something purely functional into a moment of beauty. Whether you catch it as a guest at an event in the Arbor House or while wandering the Shoppe, it becomes a corner filled with drama, play, and quiet delight.

I’ve always loved reworking spaces in unexpected ways-finding new life in overlooked details-so that joy isn’t just added to a space, it’s discovered within it.
