Dolce by Jillian I enjoy baking for my friends and loved ones. Jillian's love for homemade treats started at a young age. Remember, life is short...eat dessert first!

She grew up watching her father and grandparents own and operate Toni's Donut Shop in Homosassa, FL. It was definitely a labor of love for the DeNisco family. Jillian remembers her father waking up before the sunrise each and every morning so that he could fry the donuts. Jillian also spent many days baking at home with her Grandmother, Josephine. Years later Jillian pursued her dream to attend cu

linary school and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Jillian went on to work at Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut where she helped develop the desserts for Todd English's Tuscany. She then went on to work in New York City for a few years gaining as much experience as she could. After much encouragement from family & friends, Jillian finally decided to bring her baked goods and party favors to the public. She hopes that residents of Fairfield and Westchester counties and beyond will try some of her tasty treats.
