Colombian Aji 🌶️ is a popular hot sauce that originates from Colombia, known for its vibrant and spicy flavor profile.

It typically includes ingredients such as fresh chili peppers, cilantro, garlic, and sometimes tomatoes or onions. Aji is used as a condiment to add heat and flavor to a wide variety of dishes, including meats, empanadas, and arepas.

Our “Colombian Hot Sauce Aji” 🇨🇴originated from Cali Cafe back in 2019 when they first opened. Fast forward to 2024, we have bottled the same recipe, same fresh ingredients and is ready to be a staple in every kitchen worldwide!

Our signature 🌶️ Aji is vinegary and acidic and goes great on anything from eggs, meats and soups! You can grab a bottle at Cali Cafe for now, but our goal is - From Colombia to the World! Come grow with us!
