Our management team recently worked with Short Story Brewing who brewed us our own tasty IPA which landed on the name "Hibernation Theory". While bears hibernate; this beer is up and pouring beautifully so you can come try one for yourself! It is a New England-style IPA brewed with Superdelic & Dolcita hops. We find irony that it coincides with this recent design on our wall by Eddie Spaghetti Art. "Hibernation Theory" also is a reference to the thoery that advanced alien civilizations are dormant until the universe cools down🤷‍♀️. We continue to be honored by the work of the businesses and individuals in our community. Thank you all 💙💛
