We are establishing a hops yard at Waterford Run Farm & Forge, to supply our local breweries with fresh, high quality hops. We are building a one-acre trellis during the winter of 2015, in order to plant 500 plants this spring. As we conquer the challenges with starting a new crop and a new business, we'll keep posting updates, making connections, and sharing our experience.
