As I reflect on the past year's business successes and the preceding two years of tireless dedication, I am overcome with a profound sense of gratitude. The substantial alleviation of stress, formerly borne from concerns over timely food orders, staffing, financial management, and vendor relations, is a truly liberating experience. It is a little-known fact that establishing a restaurant from scratch, transforming an empty building into a fully operational entity, is a remarkable achievement. My investment in this venture was considerable, spanning an entire year of my life and nearly $100,000. While I will undoubtedly miss my regular patrons, I am eager to start a new chapter, one that will allow me to pursue my passions and interests with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Please refrain from offering condolences regarding the closure, as I am confident that this decision will lead to new and exciting opportunities. This weekend we are helping Podium Grill go out with a bang! They have decided to return to their very popular food truck and close the storefront. We will be doing music bingo Friday and Saturday night. Come down for some amazing BBQ and stay for the fun! 6p-8p and prizes for all winners!

It is with a mix of sadness and gratitude that I announce the permanent closure of the Podium Grill. Despite the widespread support for my dream, it was insufficient to overcome the challenges. The high failure rate of restaurants is now more understandable, given that 14-18 daily orders is insufficient to sustain operations and cover overhead costs.

Nevertheless, we will host a memorable closing event, featuring back-to-back nights of music bingo on Friday the 31st and Saturday the 1st, 4-10p with discounted food and drinks, including $2 ANY beers and $3 ANY mixed drinks.
