Soooo much Yarrow! We've got a big batch of dried stock already done, plus tops drying for teas and stems and leaves infusing in oil for salves. Red clover on deck for the dehydrator.... stay tuned!

This year everything's coming up roses! Processing our first batch of rose petals. Don't feel bad for the bees, because there's plenty to go around. All the rugosas were cut back pretty severely this winter and they are growing with a vengance!
