Ordering
All orders are NONREFUNDABLE. There are alternative methods of compensation if required.
No Payment, No Order. 100% Payment must be made by the payment date listed on your invoice. Failure to make payment will result in order cancellation.
For orders of $50 or more, a 3-7 day notice is required as well as full payment upon ordering.
Orders for events (parties, baby showers, etc) should be booked AT LEAST 1 month in advance. 50% of payment is due 30 days before the event and the remaining 50% is due 14 days before the event. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the cancellation of your order.

Pickup-Delivery
All orders must be picked up within 2 hours of notice that your order is ready unless otherwise discussed. Otherwise, your order will be resold.

Delivery-
All delivery orders will go out at the same time. Any time after 1pm no delivery orders will be accepted.

Hours-
We will be open from 7 am-2 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Holiday hours will vary.

Dessertz By Dvyne Policy

Ordering
For all orders a 50% deposit will be required, under some circumstances, FULL PAYMENT is required (same-day orders, on-hand treat orders, specialty orders/preorders (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, ETC.). If payment is not received within 2-3 hours of receiving your invoice, your order will be canceled (unless otherwise discussed).
A 3-day notice is required for all orders over $50. You can request a slot and order through the website (https://bakesy.shop/b/dessertz-by-dvyne).
All parties and large events must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and a 50% deposit is required upon booking.
All orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. There are alternative methods of compensation if required.

Delivery & Pickup Info
Located In Roanoke, Virginia. Servicing Roanoke and Surrounding Areas
DoorDash Delivery is Available through the alternative site (https://dessertsbydvyne.square.site/). To qualify, orders must be a minimum of $15.
The pickup address will be provided on the customer invoice.
Cookies and Brownies are eligible for shipping, however, candied fruits, chocolate berries, and cakes are not.

Hours
Hours will change on a weekly basis. They will be announced at the head of each week.
