👉1. Meet the Denver Steak. Most grocery stores don't even carry this cut. It comes from deep in the chuck with better marbling than a New York Strip, and it's less $ per pound.
👉2. Our Brisket comes from Burners Beef, just up the road in Luray, VA. The perfect amount of fat so it renders just right.
👉3. Our house-made sausages are always a hit. This week we're doing Hot Italian, Bratwurst, Andouille, and Nashville Hot Chicken.
👉4. Our burgers are made from our ground beef and that means it's totally different than what you find at even the nicer grocery stores. Ground fresh daily and includes great cuts from our steaks and brisket. No fillers here: just the best beef around.
