We’ve got new patio games lined up and ready for you to play this Friday (8/28) at our 6-year Anniversary Party! We’ll have co****le, pepper pong, and giant jenga set up outside and ready to go. Plants, beer, pizza, hot sauce, AND pinball?? What more could you ask for in a raffle giveaway 😏

Stop by this Friday, August 28th between 5-9 pm to be entered to win one of three prize packages to celebrate our 6th year in business! Big thank you to our amazing neighbors/sponsors: Hot Stuff, Roanoke Pinball Museum, and Benny’s Pizza, Benny Marconi's ♥️

The rules are simple, come start a tab between the hours of 5-9 pm and be entered to win (one tab = one raffle ticket, limit one tab/entry per person). Raffle winners announced at 9 pm! Win from the following:

🥇: This gorgeous monstera plant (pot included) that has called GC home for a couple years now (new leaves are even sprouting 🥹). Fully imbued with good energy and lots of love from our plant daddy Evan. He’ll give you tips on how to help it thrive in your space. Plus, a $25 gift card to the brewery and a $10 gift card to Benny’s.

🥈: A jam packed Hot Stuff variety pack of hot sauces and a $10 gift card to Benny’s. If you’ve been wanting to try every hot sauce our spicy neighbors have to offer- now’s the time to come grab a beer and be entered to win this prize packages.

🥉: A family pass to the Roanoke Pinball Museum, and a $10 Benny’s gift card. Because there’s no better combo than a day playing pinball and a giant slice of pizza afterwards.

It’s that time of the year again!! 🍺🍺🍺

Dust off your dirndls and ready your lederhosens because the annual Golden Cactus Oktoberfest Celebration is right around the corner! Hosted again by our two favorite schlingels Hans & Klaus, this year’s event will feature all of the competitive shenanigans you know and love. Plus, sip from your own painted stein! Next Thursday (9/3) Common Clay Collective will be in the taproom hosting a paint your own stein pop-up. Pick up your finished piece at the Oktoberfest celebration on 9/26 and you can drink out of it all night!

Enjoy German style craft beers, Bavarian style pretzels from Bread Craft, a curated dinner menu by Patrick Riley, and baked goods by Bread Run Roanoke while you partake in all the evening’s festivities. We’ll be celebrating all day but games officially start at 6 pm. Gather your fest crew, save the date, and come raise a liter to our favorite event of the year! Prost!
