I started out selling pies and other treats at a rural roadside stand.

The sugar cream pie, which is a secret family recipe, was by far the biggest seller. My husband had a brilliant idea to create a pie filling mix that would be simple & convenient for customers to make on their own. So, I got to work…

After spending over a year on research and development, I finally had created the perfect mix for customers to enjoy! It tastes just like the decadent, silky-smooth pie that customers have been enjoying all these years… And you just add liquid.

Peaches & Cream- such a classic combo.

We started with the Rolling Pin Bakehouse sugar cream pie filling mix, added a fresh peach, poured it into a stroopwafel crust from Dutch Waffle Company, and WOW!

I think we found your new favorite dessert.

The Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center has so much to do. Here are a few of the things to enjoy, but, really, you need to go in person and see for yourself. There is delicious food, cool art, fun rides…

Shopping at the Indiana Grown Marketplace, a pork burger from the pork tent and an elephant ear from Red Barn are always top on my list.

Rolling Pin Bakehouse had such a great day handing out samples at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.

Chocolate Chip and Sugar Cream pie filling mixes are for sale inside of the Indiana Grown Marketplace, which is inside the Mercantile Building. The fair is going on all week- definitely check it out!
