Welcome to my page, I love to bake and Mama taught me her favorite recipes. She is no longer with me but every time I bake a pound cake I hear her telling me just what to do. My Mom was Jean Bowles and she has feed thousands :) She used to sell on the Roanoke City Market. My pound cakes are Lemon, Almond, Butter, Chocolate, Coconut, Five Flavors and Pistachio. They all weigh close to five pounds and feed about eighteen. I also make cake truffles dipped in milk, white and dark chocolate. The flavors are Red Velvet, Italian Cream, Oreo, Oreo Mint, Reeses, Butterfinger and Triple Chocolate. I try to keep my prices low and I haven't gone up in three years.
