The sun is setting on our season. Only three trips left! Then we return for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ya'll it's been another good one. We couldn't have done it without you. These next few weeks you'll want to freeze some of your favorite fresh seafood to last through the winter. We don't want anyone going into withdrawals.

Last Flounder of the season...
Have a few extra pounds to start Friday morning and that's all she caught. The fish look great this week, not just the Flounder. Come early for the extras, the good stuff goes fast.

No Salem Farmers Market for us this week due to the marathon. Will return next week!

Who's that?

Our friend, the Grey Triggerfish, is back on the menu!

A sweet, flaky, white meat fillet. Easy to pan sear in butter for a few minutes each side with your favorite seasoning.

I highly recommend ordering Flounder this week as well. It may be our last chance to get them this year.

Had a good quality big trip. This is my favorite time of year for...anything really but especially going to the coast . Selection is good, tourism has dropped, and so has the temperature.

Most of our seafood was ordered by folks who heard the gospel and acted upon it. Still have four more trips to open a deaf ear and lift a feeble finger. I'll miss ya'll when I'm gone. But I ain't done yet!

We are starting Friday with a good amount of extras to choose from. Early bird gets the fish, some items will sell out faster than others :)
