Just a reminder: Even though it’s Tuesday, we aren’t scheduled to be at Viking Express today (our usual Tuesday location) since we previously committed to participating in a 2-day event in Roanoke.

Wednesday (6/24/26) 10am - 6pm

What a beautiful day we had in Warren! We loved seeing a few familiar faces and cooking for LOTS of NEW friends! Thank you to Heritage Pointe of Warren for inviting us! We look forward to returning in August!

Tuesday, June 16th from 11am - 5pm, we'll be serving at Viking Express (2090 N Jefferson Street in Huntington). We’re normally until 7pm on Tuesdays, but tonight only until 5️⃣pm.

📋 Stop by and try a sample of a NEW creation and give us your thoughts! It's Sweet, Spicy, and Savory! We won't spill the beans here, but stop by and give it a try, while supplies last! No purchase necessary.

Come find us at the Roanoke Farmer’s Market from 5-8 tonight, Friday, June 12! You’ll once again find our food truck in the intersection of Main and 1st streets, near the Roanoke Post Office.

Fun fact: Tonight, we have the pleasure of setting up in the exact same block as our commissary kitchen. (But stay tuned later this month for photos of the NEW kitchen location we will soon move into - also located here in Roanoke!)

We sure love our sweet little hometown of Roanoke. Come on by and say hello between 5-8pm. We’ll even cook for you! 😉

If you visited our food truck today, ordered your yummy lunch, then left a personal item behind on the truck ledge… we have it and will hold it here until 3:45pm. After that, we will leave it with the folks at the front desk of Parkview SW, hoping you see this post and return for it. 💟

Edited to say: We left it at the front desk so you can describe the item and pick it up from the Parkview lost and found at your convenience.

The month of June has been fun so far and will just keep getting more exciting. We have some REALLY exciting news to announce later this month! 📣 So be sure to stay tuned❗️
