We work hard to improve and update our packing and shipping methods for hatching eggs to ensure our customers receive their eggs in good condition and have the opportunity to have successful hatches. We started using foam egg shippers this year after noticing that there seemed to be an increase in issues with rough handling by USPS during shipping. We believe that these help protect the eggs and reduce instances of damage during shipping. We ask that all customers know and understand the risks associated with purchasing shipped hatching eggs. Unfortunately, even careful handling prior to shipping and the very secure packaging cannot guarantee that shipped hatching eggs will hatch. We do guarantee that your eggs will arrive undamaged. However, we cannot guarantee that your eggs will hatch due to a number of factors in the process outside of our control, such as rough handling by USPS, exposure to x-rays during shipping despite package markings, and issues during incubation.
